What does the IIHSE Corporate Subscription include?

The IIHSE Corporate Subscription covers national and international project collaborations, corporate capacity-building programs, R&D and funding support, technical guidance, access to global networks, participation in events, and opportunities for institutional visibility.
In addition, the professional development of a designated number of specialists is supported, strengthening the organization’s institutional knowledge.

The IIHSE Corporate Subscription is a service-based subscription and is therefore subject to VAT.
Your subscription is made solely to receive services from our institute and is not directly connected to the association that founded IIHSE.

Who can benefit from the corporate subscription?

Private-sector organizations of all sizes, industrial enterprises, technology companies, consulting firms, and institutions operating in sectors such as energy, logistics, construction and manufacturing can benefit from the membership.
Companies that have experienced a fatal occupational accident within their own operations or through their subcontractors, or those that do not comply with our ethical principles, cannot benefit from the membership.

What is the duration of the subscription?

Memberships are valid on an annual basis. They can be renewed each year, and membership benefits remain active throughout the entire period.

Upon request, multi-year subscription options (2–3 years) are also available.

Appointed representatives may benefit from individual membership services and may be exempt from individual membership fees.

How can our company use the IIHSE brand?

You may use the IIHSE Company Membership badge, which verifies your membership, and the IIHSE logo on digital platforms, your website, publications, and presentations in accordance with the brand usage guidelines.

Can we organize a joint event or project?

Yes. You may organize conferences, seminars, training days, panels, corporate social responsibility projects, or sector-specific events in collaboration with IIHSE. Technical and content support is provided based on availability and suitability.

Who manages the subscription process?

A corporate relations manager appointed by IIHSE oversees the process for each member company and provides direct support for all requests. Within the organization, an Occupational Safety Specialist, Workplace Physician, Environmental Specialist, Psychologist, or Human Resources Specialist is assigned sequentially as the designated representative benefiting from the membership.

The Representative Membership applies to a single, fixed individual and cannot be changed.

How does the subscription process begin?

After the application form is submitted, it is reviewed by the IIHSE evaluation team, and a preliminary meeting is held with the company. If the required criteria are met, an eligibility approval is issued, and a customized membership package is created specifically for the company.

Does the corporate subscription cover individual memberships?

Yes. Corporate members may offer their employees discounted rates, reserved quotas, or group registration advantages for individual IIHSE memberships.

Does the corporate subscription contribute to social or community projects?

You may participate in IIHSE’s disaster, environmental, sustainability, and community safety projects together with your company, and you can enhance the national and international visibility of your corporate social responsibility initiatives.

Can our company be featured in IIHSE publications?

Yes. Success stories, best practices, technical articles, and project outcomes may be featured on IIHSE’s digital platforms, reports, and international publications.

How is the subscription renewed?

Before the renewal period begins, your company representative will be informed. Once the membership terms are accepted, the membership is automatically transferred to the new period. If you prefer to avoid inflation adjustments and benefit from bulk-payment discounts, you may choose our 2 or 3-year membership packages.
