What is the duration of the subscription?
Memberships are annual and are renewed each year with an updated contribution fee.
What is the subscription fee?
The subscription fee for 2025 is 39,000 TL for universities in the Republic of Türkiye and the TRNC.
For universities abroad, the fee is 950 USD.
How does the university subscription benefit students?
Students gain access to IIHSE’s online trainings, internship and volunteering projects, international student summits, and webinars with the member-university discount.
University membership also provides priority allocation for these programs.
In addition, students do not pay any membership fee for student membership.
How do academic staff benefit from the subscription?
Academics may serve on IIHSE’s scientific committees and participate as speakers in panels and congresses.
They are also offered opportunities for joint course development, guest lecturing, and mentorship.
How can our institution use the IIHSE brand?
As long as the membership remains active, your university may use the “IIHSE Corporate Member” logo on its website and promotional materials.This use must comply with IIHSE’s brand guidelines.
Can we organize joint events or collaborative projects?
Yes. IIHSE collaborates with universities to organize congresses, symposiums, student summits, social responsibility initiatives, and research projects. Planning is carried out jointly based on the event calendar.
Who manages the subscription process?
Three academic representatives designated by the University—such as in the fields of Health, Safety and Environment, International Relations, or similar areas—may become members of both our local and international institutes free of charge.
The current total value of these memberships at standard rates is 850$.
How does the subscription process begin?
After the application form is completed and the IIHSE Ethics Declaration is accepted, an evaluation is carried out by IIHSE.
Following approval, the contract and invoicing steps are finalized, and institutional portal access is activated.
Does the university subscription include individual memberships?
Corporate membership does not automatically include individual memberships; however, it provides discounted rates for students and academics who apply individually.
Additionally, three academics designated to represent the university may obtain individual membership in both of our institutes free of charge, benefiting from services equivalent to a total of 850$ in standard membership fees.
